At Forever Guardian, we understand that pets are family. The photographs, videos, stories, and memories you share with us are deeply personal, and protecting them is an important part of the trust you place in us.
This Privacy Policy explains how PetGuardian Club LLC, operating the Forever Guardian brand (“Forever Guardian,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website, communicate with us, register for our services, or participate in our personalized pet digital twin experience.

Forever Guardian is developing personalized digital experiences that allow people to celebrate and preserve their relationships with their pets. Some described services and account features may not yet be available.
You retain your rights in the original photos, videos, and memories you share.
Your content will not be used to train general AI models without separate, explicit consent.
Canceled accounts are intended to be archived for returning members, subject to deletion requests and legal requirements.
Depending on how you interact with Forever Guardian, we may collect the following categories of information.

We will not use customer-submitted pet content to train or improve AI models without the separate, explicit permission described below.
Your pet's memories belong to you.
You retain your rights in the original photographs, videos, audio, stories, and other content you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties.
You authorize Forever Guardian and its authorized service providers to process the content you submit as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, including developing and creating your personalized digital twin.
Forever Guardian will not use your pet's photographs, videos, audio recordings, stories, or other personal content to train or improve general AI models without your separate, explicit, affirmative permission.
This restriction also applies to third-party AI providers acting on our behalf.
Permission to create your individual pet's digital twin is not permission to use your content for general AI model training.
Any optional AI-training permission will be requested separately, with a clear explanation of its purpose. It will not be preselected or required to register or purchase a membership.
You may withdraw optional permission by contacting us. Withdrawal will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any processing that cannot reasonably be reversed.
Forever Guardian will not publicly display or use your pet's photographs, videos, stories, or digital twin in advertising, social media, testimonials, or promotional materials without your express permission.
Any marketing permission will be requested separately and will not be preselected or required for membership.
You may withdraw permission for future public marketing use by contacting us. We will address withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, although we may not be able to retrieve materials already distributed or independently shared by others.
Private processing by authorized providers to deliver your requested service is different from public promotional use.
When registration and membership services become available, we may collect information necessary to establish your account, process your purchase, and develop your pet's personalized digital experience.
Where optional permissions are requested, Forever Guardian intends to provide separate choices for:

Forever Guardian is in development. Availability, supported devices, digital twin features, and access arrangements may evolve before launch. We will communicate material changes through appropriate channels.
When a member cancels their membership, Forever Guardian intends to archive their account and associated pet information rather than automatically deleting it.
Archived information may include pet profiles, photographs, videos, audio recordings, stories, memories, and digital twin materials.
We do not establish a fixed expiration date for archived accounts. Our intention is to preserve these memories so that members may return in the future.
Archiving does not itself authorize continued membership charges. Any remaining payment obligations, refunds, or cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable purchase and membership terms.
Archived information remains subject to reasonable security safeguards, legal requirements, and periodic operational review.
Returning members may request restoration of an archived account, subject to identity verification, service availability, and technical compatibility.
You may request deletion of eligible personal information instead of archiving. Although we intend to preserve archived memories, we cannot guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability of any particular file, digital twin, or service.
When paid services are offered, Forever Guardian may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process transactions securely.
Payment processors may collect payment card details, billing information, and transaction information in accordance with their own privacy notices and contractual obligations.
Forever Guardian does not intend to store complete payment card numbers directly on its website servers.
We may retain limited transaction information needed for accounting, customer support, fraud prevention, refunds, and legal compliance.
We may send communications related to registration, purchases, membership status, account security, service changes, and customer support.

When a membership is canceled, Forever Guardian intends to archive the member's account, pet profile, photographs, videos, audio recordings, stories, memories, and digital twin materials.
Archived accounts have no fixed expiration period.
Our intention is to preserve this information for potential future reactivation, subject to applicable law, security requirements, technical feasibility, and periodic operational review.
We do not guarantee indefinite storage or permanent availability.
